Our Location

You will receive codes in your appointment confirmation for the building door and suite door. Once you enter the code to the front door, take elevator or Stairs up one level to the first floor. Turn right and follow the signs for “Blue Panda Suites.” Enter the suite code and sit in the waiting room unless told to go directly back to office 11 (TMS) or office 4 or 5.  Please message your clinician or technician when you have arrived in the waiting area.
